Haven is looking for a dynamic and strategic Full-Time Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent across diverse candidate pools. What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition & Screening: Source and screen qualified applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring teams, and gather feedback to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and streamline the candidate lifecycle.

  • Administrative Support: Schedule interviews, manage candidate tracking through our ATS, and represent Haven at job fairs and recruiting events.

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment process.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience for a company with 100+ employees

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Proven success in high-volume and diverse candidate recruitment

  • Proactive sourcing and talent acquisition tactics

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
