Are you an organized, detail-driven professional with a passion for numbers? Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our locally owned team. This role is key in managing the financial functions across all Haven companies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Process payroll data and reconcile records
✅ Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections
✅ Post journal entries and maintain QuickBooks records
✅ Verify and prepare billing for accuracy
✅ Assist with audits, insurance policies, and warranty tracking
✅ Keep financial files and records organized
✅ Support the CEO and Accounting/Admin Manager as needed

What You Bring:

✔️ 2-3 years of accounting experience
✔️ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and stay organized
✔️ Clear and professional communication skills
✔️ Flexibility to adapt to company needs
