What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care—bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Assist with medication self-management, fall prevention, and home safety
• Support patients and families with education and self-care guidance
• Work alongside a dedicated hospice team to ensure comfort and dignity

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Current CNA license
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Preferred: 1+ year of hospital, home health, or public health experience
