Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

We’re looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team and help patients build confidence, regain independence, and safely remain at home.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, physician, and care team
• Help patients improve safety, independence, and ability to manage daily activities
• Complete required assessments and documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
• One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
