Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced home health RN ready to step into a leadership role as a Clinical Supervisor. As a locally owned and clinician-led organization, we believe quality care, clear communication, and strong clinical leadership matter more than volume or quotas.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to field clinicians

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

• Support case management and clinical decision-making

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Missouri, in good standing

• Minimum of one year of home health case management experience required

• OASIS experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to travel locally

Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
