We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN ready to step into a Clinical Supervisor role. This position is ideal for a nurse who leads with clarity, accountability, and confidence while supporting a team that values quality over quotas.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care
Provide mentorship and support to field clinicians
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Support case management and clinical decision-making
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Missouri, in good standing
Minimum of one year of home health case management experience required
OASIS experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to travel locally
Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
