At Haven Home Health & Hospice, we believe strong systems support strong clinicians. As a locally owned organization, we focus on clarity, accountability, and doing what is right. Our Office Coordinator role is essential to keeping our office organized, efficient, and moving forward.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, can multitask with confidence, and is comfortable staying active throughout the day.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative workflows

  • Manage fleet logistics, inspections, and maintenance tracking

  • Serve as the point person for supplies, vendors, maintenance, and equipment

  • Support technology setup and troubleshoot software issues

  • Oversee phone systems, document management, and clerical tasks

  • Organize meetings, events, and internal logistics

  • Assist leadership with scheduling and special projects

  • Maintain building security and confidentiality standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Administrative or office management experience preferred

  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving ability

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Self-directed and dependable

  • Comfortable staying active throughout the day

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
