What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Care for pediatric & young adult clients (infant to mid-20s)
- Manage complex medical needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator support
- G-tubes / feeding tubes
- Medication administration
- Monitor patient condition and respond confidently to changes
- Educate and support families with compassion
- Collaborate with the clinical team to follow individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for heart and train for skill.
