What You’ll Do:

🔹 Oversee and manage all aspects of private pay services
🔹 Ensure high standards of care and compliance with company policies
🔹 Supervise scheduling, staffing, and care coordination for private pay clients
🔹 Act as a primary point of contact for clients and families, ensuring satisfaction and care continuity
