Job Summary:
The On-Call RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in accordance with the patient care plan and physician orders. This position is 7 days on and 7 days off, from Monday through Sunday, providing call coverage when the office is closed each evening and on weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Available to work overnight shifts of 5:00 pm to 8:00 am and 24 hour shifts on weekends and holidays.
- Available to work 7 days on, then 7 days off.
- Provides admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients.
- Performs at least 1 patient start of care comprehensive assessment or evaluation, development and implementation of Plan of Care per day.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate client needs, including new admissions.
- Proficient in computer skills and technology to complete documentation of clinical records.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health RN within the last year and Oasis experience preferred.
