(4.8/5) Haven is currently looking for an in-office LPN/Scheduler for our home health department to make a difference in our community. Haven is family-owned and operated by local clinicians who understand your passion to help others and have insight into your needs as a professional. 

Job Summary:
Haven’s core focus is to improve the quality of life of our patients, clients and employees. The home health scheduler helps to improve efficiency and communication among clinicians, patients and home health staff. This is a full-time position working from our Corporate Office in Ozark.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with home health referrals and clinician scheduling 
  • Provide telephone and clerical support 
  • Assist with clinician documentation review 
  • Manage verbal physician orders and patient lab results 
  • Assist with complete medical records requests
  • Participates in weekend on call rotation, answering and triage phone calls
  • Create, maintain, and update the clinician’s schedules according to authorizations and patient needs.

Qualifications: 

  • MUST BE AN LPN with a current/active MO license in good standing 
  • Previous Home Health experience preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team of clinicians, clerical staff, management, patients/families, and referral sources.
